What's New in this Release?

The following are changes in this release of InterAction for Microsoft Outlook:

  • New setting for new/edit contact sets whether to add a "knows" relationship
  • Calendar appointment toolbar no longer collapses after adding contact
  • After contact record is opened via IMO, automatically close the search results window
  • New "My Activities" button on the IMO toolbar
  • Department field displayed when available
  • Consistent display order of Contact Types between IMO and the Web Client
  • Search field has been widened to 31 charactacters

  • New Web-based online help
