Person Data Set
Table Column	Description
SYS_ID	System ID for the contact. This should be a unique identifier provided by the external system. It is used to identify the contact for updates, as well as to tie the contact to additional fields, addresses, classifications, and activities. This column does not apply when mapping by InterAction Contact ID (ListingID) or when you have chosen not to claim the contact.
MATCH_COMP_BY_ [MATCHING VALUE]	Additional field for matching the person to a company. The person is associated to the company with the matching value in the selected additional field. This column is only included when matching companies by Additional Information. The column is named based on the additional field value you select, for example, MATCH_COMP_BY_CLIENT_CODE
COMPANY_SYS_ID	System ID for the company for this person. The person is associated to the company with this System ID value. This column is only included when matching companies by Company SYS_ID.
COMP_LISTING_ID	InterAction ID for the company for this person. The person is associated to the company with this InterAction ID value. Note that the COMP_LISTING_ID and COMP_LISTING_SRC_ID are both required to uniquely identify a company in InterAction. This column is only included when matching companies by InterAction Company ID.
COMP_LISTING_SRC_ID	InterAction source ID for the company for this person. The person is associated to the company with this InterAction ID value. Note that the COMP_LISTING_ID and COMP_LISTING_SRC_ID are both required to uniquely identify a company in InterAction. This column is only included when matching companies by InterAction Company ID.
TITLE	Title for the person (for example, Mr., Mrs., Ms., etc.)
FIRST_NM	First name for the person.
MIDDLE_NM	Middle name for the person.
LAST_NM	Last name for the person.
SUFFIX	Any applicable suffix for the person (for example, Jr., Ph.D., etc.)
JOB_TITLE	The person’s job title.
GOES_BY	Commonly-used first name for the person. For example, for the name Robert, this might be Bob.
DEPARTMENT	Name of the person’s department.
ASSISTANT_NM	Name of the person’s assistant.
LISTING_ID	InterAction Contact ID of the contact to update with the person data in this row. This column only applies when mapping by InterAction Contact ID (ListingID). The contact ID is called Listing ID in previous versions and in the InterAction database.
LISTING_SRC_ID	InterAction Contact Source ID of the contact to update with the person data in this row. This column only applies when mapping by InterAction Contact ID (ListingID). The Contact Source ID identifies the database on which the contact was created. Combined with the Contact ID, it uniquely identifies the contact. The contact Source ID is called Listing Source ID in previous versions and in the InterAction database.
MAP_[ADDITIONAL FIELD NAME]	This column only applies when mapping by Additional Information. Application Collaboration maps an existing InterAction contact if the value of this additional field matches the value harvested into this column. The column is named based on the additional field value you select, for example, MAP_CLIENT_CODE.
